  I stopped into Jewelery box looking for an engagement ring, spoke to the staff who were very polite and helpful despite being close to closing time. I left with a good feeling and after visiting many other stores decided to pursue getting the ring from the Jewelery box. I had a photoshopped image of what I wanted and was able to get it made custom. Moses was fantastic and worked with me to get the very specific stones I needed in the size I wanted. I did a lot of research about the market value of everything I put together including the labor of making a custom ring. When it came time to finally get the quote from Moses, he came in $50 under what I felt was a fair price. This to me was a great sign of honesty; I didn't even negotiate and green-lit the job. There were so many details I'd requested, that I was worried right up until the end that something would be wrong. When I finally saw the ring I couldn't be happier. Everything was perfect, the settings, the arrangement, all the nit-pick details. Like anything, doing your research goes a long way when purchasing Jewelery, the staff was never condescending or insulting when I asked questions or had certain preferences. They worked within my deadline and were patient when I had changes. Everyone we show loves the ring and the uniqueness of the custom engagement ring is something my fiancee and I will cherish.
